Refund & Returns Policy

🛋️ Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

• In original, unused condition
• Returned in original packaging
• Include all parts & documentation

💰 Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs may apply if item was shipped free of charge. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

📦 How to Return

1. Email cs@owlconor.com within 14 days
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will respond with a return label and instructions

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or final sale items
• Custom or made-to-order furniture
• Gift cards
• Returns after the 14-day window

❗ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on availability.
