1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Eligibility

  • Standard Items: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it hasn’t entered production.
  • Custom Orders: Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of order confirmation due to the bespoke nature of these items. After this, production begins, and cancellations are not possible.

1.2 Process

  2. Confirmation: We’ll review your request and confirm cancellation within 1-2 business days if eligible.
  3. Refund: Full refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-14 days of approval.

1.3 Conditions

  • Orders in production or shipped cannot be canceled.
  • Non-refundable deposits for custom orders (if applicable) are forfeited after the 12-hour window.
  • Promotional or final sale items may have stricter cancellation terms—check at checkout.

2. Modification Policy

2.1 Eligibility

  • Standard Items: Modifications (e.g., quantity, color, shipping address) are allowed within 24 hours of placement, before production begins.
  • Custom Orders: Changes to design details (e.g., size, finish) are possible within 12 hours of order confirmation. After this, production starts, and modifications are limited.

2.2 Process

  2. Review: We’ll confirm if the modification is feasible and notify you within 1-2 business days.
  3. Adjustments: If approved, we’ll update your order. Additional costs (e.g., for upgrades) will be invoiced; refunds for downgrades are processed within 7-14 days.

2.3 Conditions

  • Modifications are not guaranteed once production starts or the item ships.
  • Address changes after shipping require coordination with the carrier—contact us for assistance.
  • Custom order changes may incur fees (e.g., material restocking) if materials have been prepared.

3. Key Timeframes

  • Standard Orders:
    • Cancel/Modify: Within 24 hours of order placement.
    • Processing Begins: 3-5 business days after order.
  • Custom Orders:
    • Cancel/Modify: Within 12 hours of confirmation.
    • Production Begins: 1-2 business days after confirmation.

4. Costs & Refunds

  • Cancellations: No fees for eligible cancellations. Full refund issued (excluding non-refundable deposits for custom orders).
  • Modifications: No fee for address or quantity changes within the timeframe. Design or material changes may incur additional costs, quoted at the time of request.
  • Shipping: If an order ships before cancellation/modification is processed, return shipping costs apply per our .
